Hello Ned's Shipping Policy

Hello Ned offers free shipping on all domestic orders over $100 or on all North Star Membership subscribe and save orders within the continental US. For subscribe and save orders of $99.99 or less, UPS Ground shipping will be used and may require a signature confirmation. All orders over $100 will be shipped via UPS Ground, while orders over $200 will require a signature. Customers can choose between UPS Ground or UPS 2-day. Handling time takes one business day. However, the brand cannot ship any of their Hemp products internationally due to strict import and export regulations. International customers will be shown a dynamic shipping rate from UPS, and orders require a minimum purchase of $180 or more. Currently, Hello Ned only offers international shipping to the United Kingdom on non-hemp products. Membership/subscription orders are not eligible for international shipping at this time. International orders are shipped from their warehouse weekly on Friday and may take up to 24-35 days to arrive depending on shipping service and location. Unfortunately, they do not offer international shipping to other countries at this time.

Hello Ned's Return Policy

Hello Ned offers a 30-day risk-free trial for first-time customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within the 30-day period, you may return the unopened product for a full refund of the sale price. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the returned product being received by Ned & Co. Please note that the risk-free trial is limited to one product only and does not apply to bundles. First-time customer orders with multiple products are eligible for one product refund only. Any abuse of this offer, as determined by Ned, may result in the rescission of the risk-free trial.
