Hook & Albert's Shipping Policy

Hook & Albert offers expedited shipping for all orders placed before 1pm Eastern, which will ship the same day. Regular shipping options are also available, with orders shipping within one business day. International orders will also ship within one business day. Orders over $75 are eligible for free regular shipping within the contiguous United States, with a typical shipping time of 5 business days or less. However, expedited UPS shipping is available for an additional charge. Please note that PO or APO Box addresses are not eligible for UPS Ground, 2 day or Overnight service options, and will be delivered by USPS. For orders less than $60, there is a $5 flat rate ground shipping option.

Hook & Albert's Return Policy

Hook & Albert accepts returns and exchanges on all unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging and condition. Customized, monogrammed, or hand-painted goods cannot be returned or exchanged. Items must be received within 30 days of the original delivery date. Refunds can be issued as store credit or in the original form of payment, but shipping fees are not eligible for refunds or store credit. If a customer chooses store credit, return shipping is free. If a customer chooses a refund in the original form of payment, a return shipping charge of $7.95 will be deducted. Promotional discounts will be refunded for the actual amount paid at the time of purchase. Final sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Refunds for gifts will only be issued as store credit.
