Hydrant's Return Policy

Hydrant offers a 30-day money back guarantee on their hydration mixes. Customers who are not satisfied with their purchase can get a pre-paid return label by following a link provided by the company. However, purchases of bottles, t-shirts, or other branded merchandise are non-refundable unless the product is defective. Customers must provide images of the defective product to be eligible for a refund.
