Zest Tea's Shipping Policy

Zest Tea offers domestic shipping for orders under $50 at a fee of $6.99, while orders above $50 qualify for free shipping. Domestic orders take 5-12 business days from the time of order to delivery, inclusive of handling time and delivery. The brand does not ship Sparkling Tea/Iced Teas/Canned Beverages internationally, and if an international order includes any of these restricted items, they will be canceled and refunded. International orders made using USPS take 8-24 days to arrive, while those made using UPS may arrive faster depending on the country. Handling time is 1-3 business days, and customers receive updates and tracking info via email as soon as their package is accepted by the carrier and on its way. Shipping rates can be estimated using the shipping rate calculation tool on the cart page. Unfortunately, Zest Tea does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or European Union countries from their website, but customers can find the brand available on Amazon.

Zest Tea offers a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy for their products.
