Ipsy offers shipping to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. In the United States, shipping is free, while Canadian customers are charged an additional shipping cost of USD $2.95 for Glam Bag, USD $4.95 for BoxyCharm, and USD $7.95 for Icon Box to cover broker and entry fees. Canadian customers may also be responsible for the payment of applicable federal and provincial taxes. Shipments leave the warehouse mid-month and usually arrive approximately 15 business days later. Tracking emails are provided so customers can follow their shipments. Additional time may be required for orders that include Add-Ons. There is a $1.99 handling fee applied to all shipments, and state taxes may apply.
