Treslúce's Shipping Policy

Treslúce offers shipping for both domestic and international orders. For U.S. orders, there is free standard shipping for purchases over $45, with a shipping fee of $5 for orders under $45. Expedited shipping is also available for $20 with delivery within 2-3 business days. International orders have free standard shipping for purchases over $75, with a shipping fee of $12 for orders under $75. Delivery times vary by destination country, and there may be delays due to COVID-19. Treslúce ships to over 150 countries, but there are some countries that are currently restricted. Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt, but processing time does not include weekends, holidays, and holiday weekends. Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to check the status of their order.

Treslúce's Return Policy

Treslúce offers a return policy for U.S. orders. If a customer is unhappy with their purchase, they can submit a request for a full refund within 30 days of receiving their order. To do so, they must visit the website and fill out a return request form. Treslúce will provide a return label, which should be attached to the original box if still available. Once the return is received, Treslúce will process the refund, less a $5 return shipping fee. Unfortunately, Treslúce is unable to provide exchanges or returns on international orders. It is important to note that if any items cannot be returned, that will be stated explicitly.
