JW PEI's Shipping Policy

JW PEI offers two types of items: In-Stock and Pre-Order. In-Stock items are processed within 1-2 days, while Pre-Order items take around 30 days to restock and then 1-2 days to process. Standard shipping is available for both types of items, with delivery times ranging from 3-20 business days. Free/standard shipping is provided using local postal services such as USPS, Royal Mail, and LePost. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct, as JW PEI is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses. If the shipping address needs to be changed, the buyer should contact customer service as soon as possible.

JW PEI's Return Policy

JW PEI accepts returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition. If there is any dispute on the refund amount for any returns, the refund will be based on the merchandise value on the original purchase invoice. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. To initiate a return, customers should contact customer service and indicate which item(s) they would like to return and the reason for the return. Items must be returned in their unused condition with the original packaging. The company does not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. Final sale items, including clearance or discounted items, are not eligible for return or exchange. Return shipping charges are non-refundable, and the company does not accept packages returned by the C.O.D. service. Once the company receives the returned package, they will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with their return conditions.
