The company was born out of necessity when Jon found himself wearing comfort footwear more frequently than not, and he didn't care for what was available on the market. Lusso Cloud gained endorsements from some of Hollywood's biggest celebrities, including Oprah and Leonardo DiCaprio. Their slip-on Pelli silhouette is possibly the best representation of the five-star hotel hint, with a robust waffle-knit upper that is layered with memory foam but remains breezy and breathable. The footbed contains the same memory foam, paying homage to terry-cloth slippers. Customers will receive an email with their tracking information once their products have shipped. For international orders, customers can choose between standard and express shipping options. All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours, but tracking is limited once it leaves the United States. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout, but taxes, duties, or brokerage fees will not be calculated. Customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, brokerage fees, customs fees, or similar charges. Lusso is not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees applied to the package.

Lusso's Return Policy

Lusso has a 30-day return policy for eligible items that are in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Customers must provide a receipt or proof of purchase and contact Lusso to begin the return process. Damaged or defective items should be reported immediately upon reception. Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable. Customers who wish to exchange an item should return the original and make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds are issued once the return is received and inspected, and may take some time to process and post to the original payment method.
