Olivers Apparel's Shipping Policy

Olivers Apparel offers shipping to customers both domestically and internationally. Customers outside of the contiguous US can choose to ship Standard for a fee of $15. Orders to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses can also be shipped using Standard at checkout. Domestic Standard orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, with an additional 5 business days for delivery. Next Day orders placed after a specific time will be shipped the following business day. International shipping is available, with carrier cost and speed varying by location and customer preference. However, taxes and duties are not included in the shipping fee and may differ depending on the region. Customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and customs charges. International orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.

Olivers Apparel's Return Policy

Olivers Apparel has a 30-day return policy for items that are in their original condition, including packaging and labels. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be postmarked within 30 days from the order date. Mystery Boxes, Water Bottles, and Coffee Mugs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Merino Crew Socks and Hats can be returned or exchanged on a case-by-case basis, but they must be unworn and unwashed. Domestic returns can be facilitated by Olivers Apparel using a USPS return label, but there is an $8 handling and processing fee deducted from the refund. International orders can be returned using any method at the customer's expense, but international exchanges are not accommodated.
