PÄRLA's Shipping Policy

PÄRLA offers shipping for their products with delivery times estimated at 3-4 working days, excluding the handling time of 1 day. Shipping costs vary based on the weight of the shipment and the destination country. In the UK, delivery charges are £3.45 for items shipped using Royal Mail, while higher value items are shipped using UPS with charges starting at £5.25 plus VAT for the smallest shipments. Exact delivery costs are quoted during checkout. All orders are insured by PÄRLA during transit until delivery to the nominated address. VAT is included in all orders shipped to UK and EU destinations, while international orders are exclusive of GST. The recipient is liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country they are shipping to. Duties and taxes levied by the destination country will not be refunded or reimbursed by PÄRLA. They dispatch orders within 24 hours upon confirmation of payment, except during sale and special promotion periods/items where dispatch may take longer. They do not redirect orders once dispatched, and order cut-off times are provided as a guideline only.

PÄRLA's Return Policy

PÄRLA offers a money back guarantee on all unused and unopened products returned within 14 days of the date of invoice. This return policy is only applicable to products purchased directly by a dental professional or consumer and not to products received by a patient or any other consumer through a dentist, dental practice, or any commercial or third-party online retailer. To return a product, customers must obtain a valid Return Authorization Number from the PÄRLA Customer Support Team within the Guarantee Period. The Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box containing the product, which must be returned to PÄRLA Dental Product Returns in London. PÄRLA will not accept any damaged or used products, and no refund will be made for the costs of the initial shipping of the product. Products marked as being included in a sale or on subscription cannot be refunded. There is no information available on how long it takes for the company to process a return.
