Red Ball Jets ships from Santa Barbara, CA using either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Orders within California, from south of Santa Cruz to San Diego, typically arrive in 1-2 business days. Other regions have varying lead times, with Northern CA taking 3-4 days, Southwest and Northwest US taking 3-4 days, Hawaii taking 4-5 days, and East Coast and Mid-West taking 5-6 days. Orders received before noon P.S.T. usually ship out the same day except on Saturdays and Sundays. Expedited delivery options are available for an extra cost, with overnight shipping and 2-day shipping options available for orders received before noon P.S.T. on business/weekdays. Red Ball Jets does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. The brand offers assistance via email at info@redballjets.co.

Red Ball Jets's Return Policy

Red Ball Jets offers a return or exchange policy for purchased products. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt or proof of purchase and must not be used or damaged.
