    RSVP Paris offers free shipping worldwide on all orders over 200€. For orders within France, shipping is always free. The brand uses Colissimo or DHL for shipping in France and DHL for international orders. Each parcel has a tracking number, which is provided to the customer once the order has been shipped. Orders within Paris can be delivered by courier on the same day if placed before 1 pm. International shipping is available worldwide, except for exotic leather models (in lizard or crocodile skin leather), which are only available within the European Union.     RSVP Paris's Return Policy

    RSVP Paris accepts returns within 30 days after shipping. Returns are free within the European Union, but for other countries, returns are made by DHL and €29 is deducted from the refund amount. Prepaid import duties or taxes might be deducted if applicable. However, this doesn't apply to returns from the US and Hong Kong. All returns are free if an item is being returned due to issues related to quality, from all countries. Personalized (initialled) products cannot be returned. Returned products must be in their original conditions and packaging, including the box and dustbag. To return an order, customers must visit the return center.
