Silfen Studio's Shipping Policy

Silfen Studio offers worldwide shipping for their products. The delivery time varies depending on the country and carrier used. In Denmark, delivery takes 1-3 business days, while in Europe, it takes 3-9 business days. For deliveries outside of Europe, the estimated time is 8-10 business days. Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping distance for orders outside of Denmark. The brand takes responsibility for each purchase during transit until it is delivered to the specified address, and a signature is required upon delivery. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to track their shipment. Silfen Studio is not responsible for courier delays or circumstances beyond their control. Any expenses related to tolling, importing, etc. are the responsibility of the customer. It is important to note that Silfen Studio is not currently part of the VOEC, so customs fees may apply to orders to Norway.

Silfen Studio's Return Policy

Silfen Studio offers a hassle-free return policy for their customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund. The return period starts from the day you receive your goods. To initiate a return, make sure to fill in and enclose the return form that will be included in your delivery. If you haven't received a return form, contact Silfen Studio for assistance. All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging, with price labels and tags still attached. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and for ensuring the package reaches the Silfen Studio warehouse safely. Once the package is received and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account. It's important to note that shipping costs are not refundable. Card refunds may take up to 10 business days to process depending on your bank. Silfen Studio does not offer exchanges, so if you wish to exchange an item, you will need to place a new order on their website. The return address for all items is ADAX A/S, Vestre Hedevej 18, 4000 Roskilde, Denmark, with the package labeled "ATT. SILFEN RETURN". It is recommended to ship your return package as parcel post for tracking purposes.
