Spacegoods's Return Policy

Spacegoods has a 60-day return policy for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Damaged or defective items should be reported immediately upon reception. Exchanges can be made by returning the original item and making a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds will be issued on the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. Additionally, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
