Curam's Shipping Policy

Curam offers delivery with PostNord's free service item on orders exceeding SEK 499 inc VAT. The shipment is not traceable but is insured by Curam. If the order is received before 11 am, the order will be packed the same day. The normal delivery time within Sweden is 1-3 working days, although deviations may occur during high season. Once the product has left Curam's warehouse, the delivery responsibility is transferred to Postnord, who will deliver the order within the specified time. Curam cannot provide a delivery guarantee for goods not in stock at the time of order or for goods that have left their warehouse. This means that the total delivery time may be longer if the carrier causes a delay. Curam reserves the right to cancel non-deliverable items from orders with price deductions. If the customer wishes to order another product, it will be treated as a new order. For any questions regarding delivery, customers can contact Curam directly.

Curam's Return Policy

Curam offers a 14-day return policy for their products. Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days from receiving it, provided that the product and its original packaging are in the same condition as when received. To initiate a return, customers need to send an email to info@bycuram.com to request a return address. It is important for customers to package the product well as they are responsible for it until it is received by Curam. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Customers are advised to keep their shipping receipt until they have received their refund. Once the product is received by Curam, the refunded amount will be paid out directly to the customer. If the return is being made from a non-EU country and VAT was paid, Curam reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amount from the total purchase price before completing the return.
