Stance's Shipping Policy

Stance offers various shipping options for their customers. Ground shipping is free for orders over $49 and typically takes 3-8 business days for delivery. For faster delivery, customers can choose 2-business day shipping or next business day shipping, with additional charges. However, these options do not include weekends. Stance also ships to APO/FPO addresses using economy shipping. The brand recently expanded its shipping internationally to over 60 countries, but free shipping does not apply to international orders. Customers should note that extended delivery times may apply to APO/FPO addresses. Orders are processed within one business day, and same-day processing is available for orders placed before 10 am PST.

Stance's Return Policy

Stance offers a flexible return policy for their customers. Full and promotional priced items can be returned to a Stance Retail Store within 60 days of the original purchase (or within 60 days of receiving an online order) for a full refund, exchange (accepted at Stance Retail Store only), or in-store credit, with the exception of face masks and Last Chance Sale items. To be eligible for a refund, returned merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the original hang tags attached or in the original packaging in the case of underwear. All garments are subject to inspection. A valid proof of purchase and the credit card used at the time of purchase will be required to process a refund. Returns accompanied by a gift receipt can be exchanged or refunded as a store credit for the transaction price indicated on the gift receipt. Cash refunds are not permitted for online orders or returns without a valid proof of purchase. Socks, underwear, intimates, and t-shirts must meet specific packaging requirements. Face masks may not be returned.
