Stance Socks's Shipping Policy

Stance Socks offers shipping for their products to the UK mainland and Channel Isles. Standard delivery is available for £3.99 and takes 2-3 working days, while Next Day delivery is available for £5.00 and takes 1 working day for orders placed Monday - Thursday before 4:00pm GMT. Free standard UK mainland shipping is available for all orders over £50. Stance Socks currently only ships to the UK, but they do have a European site that ships to all of Europe and allows purchases in Euros.

Stance Socks's Return Policy

Stance Socks offers a free return policy for customers based in the UK. The product must be in an unused condition and the packaging or tag must not be opened. The return must be made within 30 days of ordering. To initiate a return, customers can visit the Royal Mail website to print out a free returns label. The return package must include the reason for the return. Socks must be unworn and have tags attached, underwear must be unopened and in original packaging, and t-shirts must be unworn with tags attached. Stance Europe cannot refund any delivery charges, unless an item is faulty or sent in error. Returns can take up to 5 working days to process and refunds can take up to 7 days to appear in the original account. Stance Socks does not offer exchanges at this time. Products purchased from other retailers must be returned directly to that retailer.
