State of Escape's Shipping Policy

State of Escape offers free express shipping within Australia, with same day dispatch for orders placed before 11am AEST on weekdays. Deliveries are made via Startrack Couriers on a premium express next day delivery service to all capital cities, with outer suburban, country, WA, and NT deliveries taking 2-3 business days. International customers can enjoy secure express shipping for a fixed rate of AUD $25 (ex. Japan which is $50 AUD), with same day dispatch for orders placed prior to 11am AEST. Orders are shipped via DHL International, with delivery times varying between countries but generally occurring within 3-5 business days. All deliveries with DHL must be signed for on delivery, and international orders are sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), with customers liable for any customs duty and import taxes applicable on their purchase upon arrival in their country. State of Escape cannot be held liable for stolen, lost, or missing parcels when selecting “Free Express Shipping (Authority to leave WITHOUT signature)” on orders.

State of Escape's Return Policy

State of Escape offers exchanges for items that have not been worn, washed, or altered and are returned in their original condition with all tags attached and the original dust bag intact. Customers must lodge their exchange request within 7 days of receipt. Any price variation on the new selection will be refunded or require additional payment. State of Escape is not liable for postage lost, and customers are responsible for the shipping cost on returns. The company does not offer refunds, but they will exchange any goods that pass the returning conditions. The brand's gift cards are also non-refundable. If a customer has a concern that their purchase is faulty or damaged, they must email the Customer Care team after immediate inspection of the purchase upon arrival. State of Escape cannot accept items purchased from their official stockists.
