The company aims to combat the social condition of status anxiety by encouraging people to worry less about measuring up to others' perceptions and reassessing real value. All of their products are designed in their Sydney studio with a focus on quality over quantity and both form and function in every piece. Status Anxiety uses premium leather that is ethically sourced and predominantly from Italian and Brazilian tanneries. Their designs are minimalistic and uncomplicated, allowing customers to do their thing without looking like they take themselves too seriously. With five retail stores in Australia, customers can drop in and experience the inherent awesomeness of Status Anxiety's products firsthand.

Status Anxiety's Shipping Policy

Status Anxiety offers free regular shipping within Australia, with express shipping available for a flat rate of $4.95. For orders to New Zealand, StarTrack shipping is free and DHL Express shipping is available for $9.95. North American orders qualify for free DHL Express shipping, while the rest of the world can receive DHL Express shipping for $9.95 on orders under $150 and $19.95 on orders over $150. Orders placed before 1:00pm (Mon-Fri) are dispatched the same day, while orders placed after 1:00pm (Mon-Fri) are dispatched the next business day. Delivery timeframes are a guide only and delays caused by the postal service do happen from time to time. Any items damaged during delivery will be replaced upon receipt of the damaged goods back to Status Anxiety. If an item is lost or stolen in transit, a replacement will be organised at the company's discretion.

Status Anxiety's Return Policy

Status Anxiety offers a hassle-free returns and exchange policy for their customers. For returns, customers must ensure that the item is in its original condition with no signs of wear and tear. The company will refund the original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving the item. Shipping fees incurred on the original order and for returning the item are not refundable. Exchanges are also available, and customers can send the item they want to swap back to the company, covering the cost of shipping. If there is a price difference between the item purchased and the one the customer wishes to exchange it for, the company can refund the difference via the original payment method or store credit. Sunglasses and apparel items have a free return shipping label available through the company's portal.
