Stix's Shipping Policy

Stix offers fast and reliable shipping to all states in the US, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Orders are fulfilled within 48 hours, except for weekends, and shipped Monday through Friday. Customers can choose from three shipping options: UPS Standard, which takes 3-5 days after fulfillment; UPS 2nd Day Air, which takes 2 days after fulfillment and is only available in the lower 48 states; and USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-4 days after fulfillment. Same-day and next-day delivery are also available in select locations. However, UPS does not ship to PO Boxes, so customers must use a valid address with their order. If your package has been lost in transit or if you have any questions about your order, you can contact Stix's customer service team.

Stix's Return Policy

Stix has a no-return policy due to the nature of their products. However, if a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can contact the Stix team for assistance. It is important to note that shipping times are not guaranteed. Customers can cancel their subscription online before an order is placed, and they will receive confirmation via email. Stix is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and customers should file directly with the carrier.
