Once the return request is completed, customers will receive instructions on how to return their order. Timbuk2 provides a pre-addressed UPS label for convenient shipping. However, if customers prefer to ship the return on their own, they can set up a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and ship the order to the designated address in Vacaville, CA. It is important to note that returns take approximately 7-10 business days to process. Customers will receive a confirmation email once the return process is completed.
