Tovala's Shipping Policy

Tovala delivers their meals via Veho, UDS, OnTrac, UPS, or Fedex in an insulated box with ice packs. The carrier is determined by availability based on the customer's location. Meal boxes are shipped safely in transit for either one or two days, depending on the distance from their Chicago or Salt Lake City based production kitchens. Customers receive an email each week with their tracking number, and they can also check their package status in the Tovala App. To ensure the safety of the meals, Tovala selects the appropriate ice and insulation combination depending on the weather for the customer's zip code. As long as the ice packs are at least half frozen when the meal box is opened, the food should be safe to consume. There is no information available regarding shipping prices or deals.

Tovala's Return Policy

Tovala offers a 100-day return policy for all Tovala Smart Ovens purchased directly from their website. The oven must be returned in original, working condition to receive a full refund, and Tovala will cover the cost of return shipping. Customers can initiate the return process by emailing Tovala Customer Support or live chatting with them on their website. If the oven was purchased through an authorized retailer, the return must be managed through that retailer. If the oven was purchased with a meal commitment, the commitment will be removed from the customer's Tovala account upon return of the oven. There is no information available on how long it takes for Tovala to process a return.
