True Leaf Market's Shipping Policy

True Leaf Market offers fast and efficient shipping for orders within the United States. With over 90% of orders processed and shipped out by the next business day, customers can expect their products to be delivered in a timely manner. If orders are received before noon mountain time on business days, there is a high likelihood that the order will be processed and shipped out the same day. However, it is important to note that while True Leaf Market strives to meet or exceed these processing and shipping times, they do not guarantee it. Some orders may take up to 3 business days to process and ship. For wholesale orders or pallet quantity orders, there may be longer processing and handling times of up to 5 business days. Shipping for these orders is done via LTL carrier with no lift gate or pallet jack unless otherwise arranged. Customers who require a lift gate and/or pallet jack for delivery will need to pay a surcharge and make the additional arrangement with customer service. For shipping to Canada, True Leaf Market offers four options. The USPS First Class option is the cheapest but slowest, with a transit time of over 10 business days and no tracking to the door. Taxes and duties on this option are not collected or paid by True Leaf Market. The USPS Priority Mail option is the most popular, with a transit time of 5 to 7 days and tracking provided all the way to the door.
