Shipping costs for orders under $80 will vary based on product weight, units, and shipping location. However, all orders over $80 (after discounts and before taxes) qualify for free shipping. The brand also offers express shipping at an additional cost. It is important to note that taxes, duties, and shipping fees are not included in the prices shown on the website. If the total order value exceeds $800 USD, and depending on the shipping location, the customer may be responsible for import fees, declaration fees, import duties (tariffs), and/or taxes. Vessi accepts unworn and undamaged returns within 90 days of delivery. The sneakers must be in their original packaging and not altered in any way. Some items purchased during promotional sales may be final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Accessories and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
