Expedited shipping options are available for a fee, with orders placed before 2PM PST generally shipping on the same business day. Order processing time for ground shipping is estimated at 1-2 business days. International shipping is also available, but shipping costs and brokerage fees for customs and duties are set by the courier and are not covered by the brand.

Wolf and Shepherd's Return Policy

Wolf and Shepherd offers a return policy for unworn shoes within 30 days of purchase for US orders. However, final sale, Last Call orders, and accessories such as shoe care items, hats, socks, footbeds, and shoe trees cannot be returned. Shoes must have been purchased at full price to be eligible for a refund. Returned items that show signs of wear may be issued store credit at the discretion of the company. Customers must follow the instructions provided by Wolf and Shepherd to return a purchased item. A $10 restocking fee will be applied to all returns for a refund.
