4moms ships to physical addresses in the United States and Canada, but does not ship to PO or APO Boxes. Free shipping is offered to addresses in the 48 contiguous states on orders totaling more than $49. A $4.99 flat-rate shipping fee applies to orders totaling less than $49 when shipping to addresses in the 48 contiguous states. However, free and flat-rate shipping is not available for residents in Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, regardless of total order value. Shipping rates for customers in Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will be calculated during checkout. Orders typically leave the warehouse within 3 business days of placing the order and ground shipping usually takes an additional 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping is currently unavailable due to COVID-19. Orders placed before 2 p.m. ET Mon-Fri will ship within one to two business days, while orders placed after 2 p.m. ET on Friday, and any time Saturday/Sunday will ship within one to three business days the following week. 4moms does not ship to P.O. Boxes or US Territories. Orders may be divided into multiple shipments due to the combination of items in the order or items shipping through different carriers.

4 moms's Return Policy

4moms offers a 30-day return policy for unused and unassembled items. Customers must contact the 4moms Customer Care team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping return label. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Soft goods that have been opened, such as mamaRoo seat fabrics, cannot be returned. Additionally, 4moms eGift card sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after the returned merchandise is received and inspected. To return a gift received from 4moms.com, customers should contact the Customer Care team directly to discuss options.
