For Canada, customers can choose between Expedited Parcel for $8 CAD (free over $65 CAD) which takes 4-8 business days for stock items and 6-12 business days for custom items, UPS Expedited for $19 CAD which takes 3 business days for stock items and 5-7 business days for custom items, and UPS Express for $34 CAD which takes 2-3 business days for stock items and 4-6 business days for custom items. Artisire's Return Policy

Artisire's return policy requires all returns to be made within 30 days of purchase and the items must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging and labels intact. To initiate a return, customers can use the return portal on the Artisire website or email customer service for assistance. Once the return is submitted, a team member will review the request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The item should be securely packaged in its original packaging and mailed to the Returns Department at the provided address. Artisire provides a shipping label for returns within Canada and the USA, but international returns are not covered. There is no information on how long it takes for Artisire to process a return.
