Superplastic's Shipping Policy

Superplastic orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in the shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Order processing time can take up to 2 business days. Standard orders in the USA are non-cancelable from the time of purchase, while international orders may be canceled within 14 calendar days from the time of purchase. Pre-orders can be canceled within 5 calendar days from the time of purchase, and delivery windows may change depending on factors beyond the brand's control. Superplastic provides customers who've purchased a pre-order with a delivery estimate for when the item leaves their warehouse and ships, but there is no guarantee the item will deliver during that time frame. International orders may incur customs fees, which are out of the brand's control. Unfortunately, Superplastic cannot change the value on the package due to strict shipping laws. If tracking updates have not been received for 30 days, customers can reach out to the brand within 70-80 days of the order being shipped to file a claim with their fulfillment provider and postal carrier.

Superplastic's Return Policy

Superplastic's return policy states that returns are only accepted for unopened, undamaged products. Art toys must be in their original, unopened boxes, and apparel returns must have original tags. Online and in-store purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery, with in-store purchases only accepted in-store. All returns will incur a 10% restocking fee. Items should be returned unused and with all Superplastic and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted. Designer packaging should be included with the return. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment less the cost of original and return shipping, and the 10% restocking fee. Return processing takes approximately 7-10 business days.
