What customers love about Catalyst

Here's what shoppers have to say:
  • Very nice lightwood scent
  • Clumps very well and has no bad smell
  • Does not track much and bags last a long time
  • Lightweight, and dust-free
  • Easy to sift and clumps like clay
  • Great odor absorption and natural product
Cons
  • The formula may leave a coating on your cat's coat and paws, making it difficult to remove.
  • The scent of the litter may not be to your cat's liking, and some artificial scents may not be trustworthy.
  • There is a risk of cats ingesting the litter, which may contain harmful ingredients.
  • The litter may cause allergic reactions in some cats, and the wood dust may be a carcinogen.
  • Some cats may not use this litter, and it may be messy and trackie.
  • Shipping charges for returns may be high.
  • The unscented formula may have an unpleasant odor that cats may not like.

Catalyst's Shipping Policy

Catalyst ships domestic orders within the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii, via USPS. The shipping boxes are made of 100% post-consumer recyclable cardboard products, and the brand is happy to use USPS as they are already driving to homes, so adding Catalyst does not add more trucks to the road. All orders are processed within one business day and shipped with USPS three-business-day service, including tracking and insurance. The brand does not ship internationally at this time.

Catalyst's Return Policy

Catalyst Pet offers a refund for up to one 10 lb bag of Catalyst Cat Litter purchased directly from their website within 30 days after delivery. Refunds are limited to a single 10 lb bag per customer or shipping address. Catalyst Pet does not offer refunds for orders resulting from improper product usage, and non-litter products cannot be returned. For damaged products, customers can contact the company for a refund or replacement. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned product, and customers should allow additional time for their bank or credit card company to process the refund. Retail purchases should be returned to the retailer with a receipt.
