Caval's Shipping Policy

Caval offers free delivery throughout Europe for purchases over 100€. Delivery options include pick-up point delivery, home delivery, and express delivery. Pick-up point delivery is free and takes 2-4 business days to France and Belgium, while home delivery takes 2-3 working days and costs 6.90€. Express delivery to France and Belgium takes 1 business day and costs 12.90€. For Europe and OM, home delivery takes 4-6 working days and is free for purchases over 100€, while express delivery takes 1-3 working days and costs 14.90€. For the rest of the world, home delivery takes 4-7 working days and costs 20€, while express delivery takes 3-5 working days and costs 50€. All orders placed before 11am are dispatched the same day, excluding weekends and bank holidays. No additional tax is payable for orders placed within the European Union.

Caval's Return Policy

Caval offers exchanges and returns throughout Europe within 30 days of delivery. Only pairs in their original condition and packaging can be returned. Customers are advised to try on their pair indoors to ensure the correct size and style before deciding to keep them. Customers will receive a gift code for the value of the returned products in case of an exchange, or a refund to their original means of payment. Refunds are made within 3-10 days of receiving the return. If a promo code was used, customers can keep it for an exchange without any additional costs.
