Clara's Shipping Policy

Clara is a brand that ships all orders carbon-neutral and plastic-free using Australia Post or Aramex. Standard delivery generally takes between 1 to 3 business days from the time of order placement. Express orders are dispatched no later than the next business day. Standard shipping is free for all online purchases $59 and above within Australia, while orders $50 or less will incur a shipping fee of $10.00 for standard shipping and $15.00 for express shipping. Domestic standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days, while express shipping takes 1 to 3 business days. For New Zealand, Australia Post estimates delivery can take up to 10 to 20 business days. Clara is not responsible for any customs, natural occurrences, nor air and ground transportation strikes or delays.

Clara offers a 30-day return policy for their products, provided that the item is in its original saleable condition and proof of purchase is presented. If the product is faulty, does not match its description, or does not perform its function, a refund will be made in the original payment method.
