DNAfit Testing return policy
14-day return window
DNAfit's return policy is valid only on kits purchased from DNAfit.com, and returns must be made within 5 business days of receiving the kit. To initiate the return process, customers must email [email protected], and the kit must be returned within 14 days of emailing. Return shipping costs are only prepaid for UK customers, and the kit must be undamaged, unused, and in the original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund. If the kit is opened but not used, customers will receive a 25% refund. If the kit was damaged or defective upon delivery, customers must contact DNAfit within 30 days. For missing items, customers must contact DNAfit within 2 months of delivery. If an order is lost, customers must contact DNAfit right away, and they may send a replacement kit. If customers are unhappy with the service, they can request a refund within 30 days of their second coaching call. Non-refundable items include shipping fees and undeliverable orders. It typically takes DNAfit 5 business days to process returns or replacements.
