Dossier's Shipping Policy

Dossier ships to anywhere in the Continental U.S. and Canada, but not to Hawaii and Alaska or American Overseas Territories. They do not deliver to PO boxes. Shipping costs $5 for 1-2 fragrances, while it is free for 3-5 fragrances. For any number of items, shipping costs $19, including all customs and duty taxes. Orders take 1-2 business days to process, and orders placed after 11 am ET are processed the following business day. Depending on the location, it can take between 2 to 7 business days to arrive. Dossier ships Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Customers receive a confirmation email after placing an order and another email with a tracking link when the order is shipped.

Dossier's Return Policy

Dossier offers a hassle-free return policy with free returns within 30 days of shipping for all items except candles that have been lit. Customers can download a free return label or contact customer service for assistance. Only one return or exchange request is allowed per order, and a picture of the item is required for authorization. Shipping costs are not refunded for orders with less than three products. Dossier donates all returned orders to Give Back Box, a non-profit organization that collaborates with over 60 charities in the USA, Canada, and the UK.
