Esme's Shipping Policy

Esme offers free shipping within the U.S. for orders over $58. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In the event of a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay in shipment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number, which will be active within 24 hours. Esme is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to international orders. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of missing or damaged packages, Esme is not liable and customers should contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Esme's Return Policy

Esme has a 30-day return policy for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received, and it must be in the original packaging. Customers can request a free return label by emailing Hello@WeAreEsme.com. However, all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. The brand does not accept returns for gift cards. Once a return is received and inspected, the customer will be notified of the approval or rejection of their refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days and applied to the original method of payment. If a refund has not been received, the customer should first check their bank account and contact their credit card company or bank. Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items, or for a different size. If an item was marked as a gift, the customer will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver. Customers outside the US are responsible for shipping and handling charges for returns. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items over $100.
