For domestic orders in the U.S., Skims offers three shipping options: UPS Economy for $8, or free on orders over $75 (3-8 business days), UPS Ground for $8, or free on orders over $75 (2-5 business days), and UPS 2nd Day Air for $20 (2 business days). All orders over $75 have free shipping. Processing time for orders is 1-2 business days.For international orders, Skims offers Standard or Express options, and shipping can take 4-21 days. SKIMS's Return Policy

SKIMS has a straightforward return policy that allows customers to return products within 30 days of the order being shipped. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Customers should wear underwear when trying on the items for the first time. To start a return or exchange, customers must go to the return portal on the SKIMS website and follow the steps provided. A prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to customers, which must be printed off and attached to the return package. The original packing slip must also be included. After dropping off the package at the Post Office, SKIMS will inspect the return, which can take up to 5 business days. If the return is valid, customers will receive a refund for the original form of payment, which can take up to 7-10 business days to show up. Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
