FFern's head nose, François, a 4th generation master perfumer and the great-grandson of Joseph Robert, the French chemist who discovered a way to extract 100% pure fragrance oils from plants in 1884, leads the company's creative direction. FFern offers free delivery and returns within the UK for all purchases of their fragrances. Each bottle also comes with a free sample for customers to try before opening the main box. However, at this time, FFern is only able to ship their fragrances within the United Kingdom and to the United States due to international postage restrictions for dangerous goods.

FFern offers a 14-day return window for their fragrances. To be eligible for a return, the main bottle box must be unopened and a returns label must be requested within 14 days of receiving the bottle. Returns are free of charge as long as the provided returns label is used. If a customer prefers to send the bottle back via their own means, FFern cannot cover the cost.
