Fussy's Shipping Policy

Fussy offers free shipping to the UK for initial 'Subscribe & Save' orders of a case and a refill. However, orders for refills on a subscription will be charged £1 for shipping. One-time purchases for refills and orders containing a washbag will be charged £2 for shipping. For EU customers, shipping costs £3, while for the rest of the world, shipping is £4.

Fussy's Return Policy

Fussy is a brand that values customer satisfaction and has a transparent refund policy. If a customer receives a faulty or broken product, they must email hi@getfussy.com within 30 days of purchase and provide the original order number and a description or video/picture of the fault. Refills and refill packs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons, and returns can only be accepted on refills if the item is faulty or in exceptional circumstances. If a customer receives the wrong order, they should email Fussy a photo of the incorrect order, state the missing item and original order number.
