Returns and exchanges are also not accepted if the request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery, the product is used or altered, the product is damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer, or if the item is returned without original packaging including price tags, labels, original packing, and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged. Items purchased on discounted price are also not eligible for return/exchange. If a customer needs to return an item, they must follow the instructions provided by the company.
