Lack of Color offers standard and express shipping services for all orders within the United States, with a standard processing time of 1-3 business days. Orders over $195 qualify for free standard shipping, and customers can choose to add signature on delivery for an additional fee of $5.00. Parcels being shipped to non-contiguous states are not included in the shipping rates. International orders are also available with a standard shipping service, and orders over $195 qualify for free standard shipping. Parcels are sent with FedEx International Economy. Please note that there may be delays of up to 10 business days on standard shipping orders to the East Coast due to weather conditions.

Lack of Color's Return Policy

Lack of Color offers a flexible return policy for their full-priced items. Customers can choose to receive a cash refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of delivery. All return items must be in the original packaging, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items purchased during a sale or promotion can only be returned for exchange. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges, which will be deducted from the refund or store credit amount. Exchanges will honor the value paid at checkout after discounts, excluding shipping fees. However, stock cannot be held for exchanges, and if the item requested is sold out, customers will be issued a store credit (minus shipping fees, where applicable). International customers are required to cover the cost of return shipping.
