MFMG costmetics's Shipping Policy

MFMG cosmetics offers shipping to the United States and Canada only. Once an order is packed and shipped, customers will receive a notification with tracking information. Processing may take a couple of days, and most domestic orders can take anywhere from 3 to 15 days to arrive. Backorders may cause delays, but the brand strives to ship orders out as soon as possible. The shipping rate for the US is a flat rate of $5.50 USD, while shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $8 USD.

MFMG costmetics's Return Policy

MFMG Cosmetics does not offer refunds, but they do provide product replacements. Claims for defective products or packages lost in transit must be submitted within 7 calendar days after the estimated delivery date. If you provide an insufficient address and the shipment is returned to their facility, you will be liable for reshipment costs once they have confirmed an updated address with you. Unclaimed shipments are also returned to their facility, and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 7 calendar days after the product has been received, and they only offer exchanges or discounts for defective items. To return a purchased item, customers must send a message to MFMG as soon as possible. If the address has not been prepared for ordering yet, it can still be changed. However, if the item has already been shipped, customers will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address has been confirmed.
