Mon fe fo ships orders to the continental U.S. from Monday to Wednesday next day, and orders placed from Wednesday at 12 PM EST - Sunday ship on Monday. The orders are shipped cold and should be refrigerated or enjoyed immediately upon arrival. Delivery is generally 1-2 days from the ship date. The shipping prices range from $8-$50 based on the customer's geographical location and how much Monfefo they order. A select number of Northeast states are eligible for free shipping on orders over $100, and all other areas have a set shipping price beyond $100. Mon fe fo does not offer any international shipping at this time.
Mon fe fo does not accept returns due to the fresh and perishable nature of their products. All sales are final and there are no refunds, returns or changes after an order is placed. If an order is damaged during transit, customers may contact Mon fe fo at info@monfefo.com or text them at (833) 762-1265 with photos of the damaged product. Mon fe fo is not responsible for incorrect address locations or incorrect orders, so customers should ensure that their shipping location can receive perishable packages and that the package can be stored immediately upon arrival.
