Murdock London's Shipping Policy

Murdock London offers free standard delivery on all orders over £25 within the UK. For orders under £25, there is a delivery fee of £3.50. After an order is accepted, it takes up to 3 business days to process the order before it is sent out for delivery, unless Next Day Delivery is purchased. During peak seasonal periods, the processing time may be up to 5 business days. Delivery times may vary during seasonal periods and bank holidays. Unfortunately, Murdock London is unable to deliver orders to Armed Forces addresses. Next Day Delivery is available for certain UK addresses, with orders placed before 12:00pm being packaged and sent for delivery the same day (Monday - Thursday). Next Day Delivery orders placed after 12:00pm will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or on Bank Holidays will be shipped the next available business day. A tracking number will be provided via email for orders with Next Day Delivery. If the recipient is not available to receive the order, a card will be left for them to collect at the local sorting office or to arrange for re-delivery.

Murdock London's Return Policy

Murdock London offers a refund for unwanted purchases, as long as the order is returned within 14 working days from purchase. If any of the goods are faulty, customers have 30 days to return them. The items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition. The brand does not accept any items that have been used or have broken seals due to hygiene reasons. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of the return shipment and are advised to use a tracked service. They should also keep the tracking reference and receipt as proof of purchase.
