NovelKeys offers free domestic shipping for orders over $199, excluding the Returns box and items fulfilled by a third party. Domestic shipping is only available for orders within the United States. The shipping time varies depending on the shipping method chosen. USPS First Class takes 3-5 business days, USPS Priority takes 2-3 business days, and FedEx Economy International takes 3-5 business days for international orders. Please note that there is a 3-5 business day processing time for all orders, and shipping estimates provided by the courier do not carry a money back guarantee. Once processed, customers will receive automatic tracking information.

NovelKeys's Return Policy

NovelKeys has a return policy that allows customers to return their purchases within 14 days after delivery. However, clearance items are not eligible for returns. To initiate a return, customers must ensure that the product is brand new, unopened, and in its original packaging. If an opened product is sent back, the return will be rejected, and the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs back to them.
