The Beauty Chef's Shipping Policy

The Beauty Chef offers shipping within Australia via Australia Post. Standard shipping is free with a minimum spend of $45, and delivery time is 3-10 business days after dispatch. Standard shipping costs $6.95, and express shipping is available for $15 with delivery time of 1-2 business days after dispatch. Orders placed by 7am are shipped the same day, while orders placed after are shipped the next business day. The brand ships to PO boxes and parcel lockers, and will replace any products that arrive damaged. Currently, The Beauty Chef only ships within Australia, but is available for purchase internationally at selected retail partners. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Afterpay.

The Beauty Chef's Return Policy

The Beauty Chef accepts returns and exchanges for products only if they were purchased directly from their website, and if the product is of unacceptable quality or does not match the description provided. If the product fails to meet these statutory guarantees, customers can contact The Beauty Chef via email. If a customer changes their mind about a purchase, The Beauty Chef will accept returns and exchanges for unused, sealed products that are in a re-saleable condition. However, as their products are ingestible, opened products cannot be returned. Customers must email info@thebeautychef.com to receive an address to return their unopened product(s) within 30 days of their order, along with a copy of their sales invoice/order confirmation. Shipping a return is at the customer's own cost, and The Beauty Chef is unable to refund the original order's shipping cost.
