To Øl's Shipping Policy

To Øl has a specific shipping policy for their beer subscription service. If you sign up before the last week of the month, your box will be sent out right away. However, if you sign up in the last week of the month, your first box will be the upcoming month's box to ensure the freshest beer possible is delivered to you at the beginning of the upcoming month. For active subscribers, boxes will be shipped from the first working day of the month.

To Øl's Return Policy

To Øl's return policy states that refunds are not normally given unless there is physical damage to the product or a quality issue, which is at the discretion of the company to determine. Refunds are credited to the original credit card/bank account used for the purchase and cannot be refunded in cash or transferred to a third party. Shipping costs and import taxes incurred by the customer are not refunded. If a product was purchased with a promotion, the value of the promotion will be deducted from any refund. Orders that are not picked up from drop point locations in time will be subject to a 50 DKK return and handling fee. Each case will be reviewed individually to ensure that customers with legitimate reasons for not picking up their order will not be charged the fee.
