Winc's Shipping Policy

Winc ships wine to customers within the continental United States. Orders typically ship within 3 business days of processing and take 3-7 business days to arrive depending on the distance from the fulfillment center. Shipping costs $9 for orders of 3 bottles and is included for orders of 4 or more bottles. A signature from someone 21 or older is required for delivery, so it is recommended to ship to a business address or a FedEx Office location. Winc has warehouses in California and Pennsylvania and will try to ship from the closest one, but may ship from the other if a wine is out of stock. Unfortunately, Winc cannot ship to Michigan due to state laws.

Winc's Return Policy

Winc offers a satisfaction guarantee for their products. If a customer is dissatisfied with their order, they should contact Winc immediately to resolve their concerns. Returned orders may be subject to a restocking fee of $20. If the quality or taste of a product is not satisfactory, customers can contact Winc to receive credit towards another wine of their choosing in a future shipment. Gift cards and gift boxes are final sale and non-refundable. Winc reserves the right to deny the satisfaction guarantee to customers who abuse the policy.
