Tushy's Shipping Policy

Tushy's shipping policy states that orders will typically ship within one business day and take 3 to 10 business days to arrive in the contiguous US. However, there have been recent carrier slowdowns that may cause delays. For Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Australia, shipping can take up to 3 to 4 weeks. The brand does not allow changes to orders that have already been placed. Customers will receive a confirmation email upon placing an order and a second email with tracking information once the order ships. Tushy does not offer international shipping for their Bamboo TP and Tissues, but they do ship to the US, Canada, and Australia. Shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout, and customers may be responsible for additional import fees. The brand's packaging is sustainable and branded with Tushy, but there is no invoice or receipt with price details included. Tushy does not offer gift wrapping or messaging, and each order can only be shipped to one mailing address.

Tushy's Return Policy

Tushy offers a 60-day return policy for undamaged bidets, but pre-authorization is required before sending the product back. Refunds only include the cost of the product, and shipping fees or customs fees are not refunded. If the product is returned unopened, the refund process will be faster. However, 10% of the refund will be deducted to cover shipping and restocking costs. Tushy provides a 12-month guarantee on equipment and parts, and defective parts will be replaced free of charge. Some items, such as sale items, bundles, Tushy Brush, Tushy Stand, Coconut Husk Scrubbing Pads, bamboo drying products, towel products, and Tushy merch items are not eligible for returns. Orders outside of the contiguous U.S. and Canada are also not eligible for returns. Customers must use the self-service returns portal to initiate a return.
