Underdays's Shipping Policy

Underdays offers two UK shipping options: Standard Delivery for £3.00, which takes 3-5 business days, and Next Day Delivery for £6.00, which requires orders to be placed before 1 PM GMT from Monday to Thursday to ensure next business day delivery. For non-mainland UK addresses, standard delivery may take up to 5 business days. Shipping times might be extended during busy sales periods, such as the holiday season. Internationally, Underdays ships to the USA, with Standard Shipping costing £11.5 and taking 5-7 working days, and Express Shipping costing £26 and taking 2-10 working days. Note that shipping prices may vary at checkout. Customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes for shipments outside the UK.

Underdays's Return Policy

Underdays has streamlined its return process through an online returns portal, requiring only the customer's order number and email address. Returns must be made within 30 days of dispatch, and items should be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with hygiene stickers and swing tags intact. Refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued after a 14-business-day inspection period. Note that items from seasonal sales, complimentary items, and final sale items are not eligible for returns, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Currently, international returns are not accepted outside the UK.
