Unico Zelo has a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when received. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return. Only partial refunds are granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to the company's error. Refunds are processed automatically once the return is received and inspected. If a refund has not been received, customers should check with their bank or credit card company. Unico Zelo only replaces items that are defective or damaged. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, and shipping costs are non-refundable. The company recommends using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. Items cannot be returned after 30 days.
