Allbirds's Shipping Policy

Allbirds offers four shipping speeds within the contiguous United States. The standard shipping option costs $5 and takes about 6-8 business days to arrive, but is automatically waived for orders $75 and over. The carrier is selected based on the shipping address. Expedited shipping options include 2-business day starting at $16 and 1-business day starting at $25, with final prices determined by order volume and destination. Allbirds also offers 3-5 business day express shipping for $6. Orders are only shipped and delivered on business days, and only expedited orders placed before 12:30 pm ET on a business day will ship that same day.

Allbirds's Return Policy

Allbirds offers a hassle-free return policy for their products. Customers can return or exchange their purchases within 30 days of purchase without any questions asked. However, apparel items must have intact labels, and socks and undies must be unopened in their original packaging. Returns and exchanges can only be done in the country of purchase, and sales for accessories and TrinoXO™ Face Masks are final. Allbirds' outlet store also accepts returns for full-price and excess styles within 30 days, except for imperfect styles (minus Tree Breezers) which are final sale. Accessories must be unworn and in their original packaging for returns. Online and in-store returns are free, except for outlet purchases, and customers can choose to visit a store or return by mail.
